ABOUT PRODUCT
The Pallet Shuttle racking is a semi-automated high-density storage system in which a radio shuttle with an electric motor runs along rails within the storage channels to deposit and retrieve pallets. The process is controlled by an operator, who places the shuttle in the racking with a forklift and a remote control.
This compact storage system have more pallets in depth than drive in racking, and increase inbound and outbound flows, and more SKUs to be stored. The shuttles can also run in four directions, which forms an fully automated shuttle system coordinated with other equipment.
The pallet shuttles can be supplied separately, or OEM for your local market!

OPERATIONS OF THE PALLET SHUTTLE RACKING SYSTEM
A semi automated storage solution by the shuttles and forklifts with an operator.
1 - The shuttle is placed on the track
2 - The pallet is put at the entrance of the same track
3 - The pallet is taken to the storage location by the shuttle
4 - The whole channel is filled with pallets
5 - Pallets retrieval from the storage channels, which is opposite to the storage process.
