CONFIGURATIONS OF PALLET RACKING SYSTEM
Different Storage Solutions as per How It's Configuared
Single Deep Selective Pallet Racks
This is the standard, most commonly used in the warehouses. This racking allows for the storage of one pallet per space, direct access to every unit loads. It is suitable for businesses with many SKUs and few pallets of each one.
Double Deep Pallet Racks
This adds one more pallet in depth, so less aisles required and storage capacity increased. Teliscopic forks of the forklift is used for this configuration.
Narrow Aisle Pallet Racks
The aisles of this racking system is narrower up to around 1800mm as per the type of VNA forklifts. It increases storage capacity and still direct access to each pallet.
Mobile Pallet Racks
The standard pallet racks are mounted on power-driven bases, so every row of racks are movable. As one working aisle is required, it inceases storage capacity significantly and direct access of each pallet.
Pallet rack with roof
The support structure and roof are added on the top of the pallet racking system. It creates extra storage spaces in very short period of time. With walls added at four sides, it becomes a racking supported warehouse.
Hot Galvanized Pallet Rack
The racking components went through hot dipped galvanzation, which gives high resistances to rains, sun and winds. The pallet racks are mounted outdoor directly.
